Pyramide Vincent
Anchored on the Italian side of Monte Rosa, the Pyramide Vincent (4,215 m) is an imposing edifice of ice and rock, reminiscent of a natural cathedral. A privileged access point to several neighboring summits , it captivates visitors with its distinctive silhouette, whose sharp edges dominate an ocean of sparkling glaciers. More accessible than other peaks in the area, it nevertheless remains a challenge that rewards effort with breathtaking panoramas.
Thomas Crauwels sees it as an inexhaustible source of inspiration: as the seasons and hours pass, the Vincent Pyramid takes on a thousand faces, reflecting the light in an infinite palette of whites and greys. Its snowy mantle, sometimes immaculate, sometimes ribbed with crevasses, gives rise to striking contrasts, which the artist immortalizes with passion. Through his photographs, Thomas captures all the power and delicacy of a summit that invites discovery and wonder.
