The splendor of Dents du Midi in the heart of the Swiss Alps. I shot this panorama from the Haute Cime, the highest summit in the massif. In the center of the picture, the Cime de l'Est rises up to the horizon, a magnificent tower of orange rock. It is accompanied, on the left, by the Cathedral and the Fortress. I'd love to cross this magnificent massif one day! Emerging from the mist, the Diablerets, Grand Muveran, Petit Muveran, Dents de Morcles and Jungfrau add a fascinating dimension to the work.

It's autumn, and the mountains are dry. Only a few névés persist on the highest summits . In the early hours of the morning, Dents du Midi seems to be observing the reflections of late summer on bernese alps. To capture the softness of the morning light, I slept at summit de la Haute Cime. The golden glow of the rocks provides a special contrast to the mountain. Contemplating the landscape in this way, our minds wander among the relief. Sensational alpine reveries. Here, color replaces black and white, which play a predominant role in my art. But I see the work more as a two-color search , structured by contrasts akin to those of monochrome. Yellow and blue hues highlight the radiant beauty of Dents du Midi.
