In the foreground, the north face of the Eiger imposes itself on our gaze. Dark and inhospitable, I wanted to highlight its beauty. The snow that has just fallen into the cracks in its rock gives it a new lease of life. To the left, the Mittellegi ridge cuts across the horizon, taking us to summit . Clouds cling to it, winds sculpt its silhouette. Its bewitching lines draw us irresistibly towards the Eiger. Between shadow and light, we continue our journey to the Mönch, which welcomes the first rays of sunshine.
