In front of us is the Monte Rosa massif, with its many summits culminating at over 4,000 metres. This luminous work of art, tinged with a silvery contrast, unfolds a spectacular landscape from the Nordend to the Dufourspitze, then on to the discreet Zumsteinspitze, revealed behind the imposing summits of the Lyskamm. The panorama continues towards the Parrotspitze, the Ludwigshöhe and finally the mysterious Corno Nero. In the foreground, Castor and Pollux majestically set the scene.

The wind still blows powerfully over the ridges, lifting clouds of snow. The mountains bear the scars of a furious night wind that has sculpted the snow into delicate ripples. Thus shaped by the elements, this unique landscape tells of the torments and raw beauty of the summits.

Through this work, I sought to align the summits precisely to create a fortress of ice, an impassable rampart, eternal guardian of the world above. It's hard not to fall under the spell of this Alpine splendor! With this photographic work, I wanted to let you feel the thrill that the high mountains awaken in us. An emotion that runs deep within us. Admire the immensity of these giants - each conquest of their peaks represents an odyssey lasting several days. What does our fragile existence mean in the face of these millennia-old colossi of stone and ice? The Monte Rosa massif, in all its sovereign grandeur, sits enthroned in the heights.
