Producing this work was epic! AdmiringObergabelhorn from its most beautiful angle is no easy task. It took me several hours to reach this beautiful vantage point on the mountain. I went up alone on touring skis, carrying my tripod and telephoto lens. I was exhausted, but there was no way I was giving up. I felt guided by an incredible inner force. I was getting my energy from the high mountains. The desire Powerful to witness a unique spectacle in front of summit pushed me to overcome all obstacles. And I succeeded. As if to reward me for my efforts in honouring her, nature presented me with a breathtaking tableau. The very embodiment of a kingdom where purity reigns supreme on the horizon.

It's June 2019. At the start of summer, a violent storm has just covered summits with a thick blanket of snow. Conditions that are becoming increasingly rare, as the mountains change with the climate. In the foreground of the photograph, the famous Blanc de Moming ridge runs from Besso to the Zinalrothorn. Numerous crevasses form along the way, delicately sculpting the picture. Snow flows down the sides, bringing the snowy relief to life.
