A quality photo and framing to match the ambiance of your cottage

Written by Thomas Crauwels
Photo framing in a mountain chalet

You have carefully chosen each element that furnishes and decorates your cottage according to the atmosphere you wish to bring to it.

You wish to complete your decoration with a beautiful frame photo, a unique work of art that will personalize your interior by communicating an emotion to your visitors.

I put all my expertise as a professional mountain photographer at work to offer you quality photos and framing to match the atmosphere of your chalet, whatever it is.

A high-end photo to highlight your interior

A specific know-how

A beautiful mountain photo does not happen by chance.

Since 2010, I travel the Alps to meet magical moments on splendid panoramas.

Between patience and know-how, each photo has its own story; a close weather watch, an excursion in a studied environment and, sometimes, the much hoped-for shot.

It is thanks to my passion and perseverance that I am able to highlight the fascinating personality of our mountains and offer you images that meet your expectations.

A print of quality

The quality of print is of great importance, both to appreciate the work at its true value and to preserve it well over time.

To guarantee quality and longevity, my pictures are printed with the latest technologies available in the digital printing industry. On the other hand, the photo is printed on a support guaranteeing a good rendering of the colors and contrasts for a photo seizing of realism.

A maximum of 15 copies of each photograph are printed.

It will be delivered with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

Enhanced according to your personal expectations, your work will be perfectly unique.

A framework adapted to the atmosphere of your chalet

All frames selected to showcase my mountain pictures are made of high quality materials to ensure the longevity of the work.

They are equipped with a fastening system that makes installation quick and easy. You only have to choose your model according to theatmosphere of your cottage and the selected picture.

For your rustic cottage

You've opted for a rustic, traditional feel that combines solid furniture with thick fabrics.

The mountain atmosphere is reflected in the antique objects and woodwork engraved with typical motifs.

In this rustic and typical atmosphere, a black and white montage shot will bring a modern touch, without being too offbeat.

On a stone wall, you can opt for a thick Prestance oak frame.

On a wooden wall, you will probably prefer the Prestance version in black to make the picture stand out or the Contemporary version without frame, to appreciate only the image.

For your modern chalet

Your chalet offers large spaces open to the outside through large windows.

The interior is uncluttered, sober, made up of straight-cut furniture.

The stone walls are facing smooth and painted walls, the parquet floor is next to the tiles or the waxed concrete.

A beautiful frame mountain photo in black and white fits perfectly in a modern chalet.

You will appreciate to place it without frame by opting for print Contemporary on aluminium plate.

On the other hand, a frame Prestance in oak will make a beautiful recall of the floor.

For your cocooning chalet

Your interior is an invitation to well-being.

Comfortable armchairs are installed near the fireplace, on thick and warm rugs. The plaids and cushions invite you to curl up and watch the flames dance in the hearth.

The atmosphere is cosy with lighting limited and medium sized rooms.

In this cocooning atmosphere, the mountain photo makes you dream and invites you to calm down.

It fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the place thanks to its mystical side.

To highlight it in a cosy interior, a thick frame such as the Prestance model, in oak or white according to your taste will be perfectly appropriate.

The frame Prestance model is particularly well adapted to rustic and cocooning style cottages

For your industrial chalet

Your chalet is very spacious, with bright rooms and high ceilings.

You have integrated many elements mixing wood and metal in an industrial atmosphere that is both modern and slightly vintage. On the floor, you've gone from cobblestones to waxed concrete, or even a wide striped parquet floor.

A perfectly timeless black and white mountain photo blends in beautifully with an industrial-style cottage.

You will particularly appreciate it in a black or silver aluminum frame according to your tastes such as the Elegance or Prestance models.

Of course, the version without frame Contemporary is a sure value, whatever the medium for which your work is intended.

In conclusion

My photos must be as good as what they represent, but also as good as the involvement you have put in the decoration of your home.

The quality of the print and the framing are very important criteria to highlight my work and bring a real added value to your cottage.

mountain chalets Works of art as a family heirloom

In the heart of the Alps, an old chalet lies huddled against the mountainside like a hibernating bear. Inside, the golden light of the fireplace dances over woodwork weathered by the decades.
